We found the Poop Squad here on Yelp. After a very thorough initial conversation where she was very clear on how her services worked and what was included, we decided go move ahead. She comes once a week right on schedule, we don't have to be home and she even sends a text after you've been serviced each time. Very hands off experience, which is what you'd want with this type of service. Great quality, she's never missed anything or overlooked any level of service, and for the rates she charges, you can't beat it. Our backyard has gone from something we could never keep up with regularly to being a place we're happy to be in everyday because the waste is always slim to none. Dealing with waste is often the least favorite part of having our pets. We love them, not scooping their poop. Most people only do so grudgingly. Hence why you're probably looking at hiring someone and reading these YELP reviews. 
Let me tell you about Lisa. What began as just hiring out a service I didn't want to do, has led to having an amazing friend. She loves our dogs. She loves what she does. Unlike most of us, she feels a servitude to this task. She radiates with joy and caring while she goes about cleaning our yard. She hauls out all the waste she picks up, so it doesn't add to our trash or add to the smell of it all. 
We've even hired and utilized her services for the overnight boarding she offers. One of our dogs can be difficult due to lack of socializing. She easily took care of him and heeded our needs for him to be away from the other pups. Even going so far as to increasing her building layout for him to have ample space while he was separate from the other dogs. 
By the time we returned form our trip (even adding on a last minute extra day), she had both of our dogs washed and groomed and trained to walk with her on their leash. 
I can not say enough goods things about this woman and her company. He puts her heart and soul into this business. Lisa is wonderful! She helped us with getting our rescue potty trained and basic obedience. Having her help has been a blessing. Not to mention how great it is to have someone we trust come and walk him when we're at work. Tell her what your needs are and she will work with you. Great lady! Lisa is amazing.  She does a great job and our animals are grateful. She's very reliable,  never misses a day.  Always texts or leaves a note to let us know she was here.  Definitely an affordable way to have a little responsibility lifted off your shoulders every week.  And BELIEVE me you will feel so good knowing she's going to take care of your animals right! !  

She's very professional as well,  accepts cash or credit on the spot,  and gives a detailed invoice via email.
